
Yan Tang, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Yan Tang is Board Member and acting CTO at Open Mountain Energy, and Dr. Tang is also the General Manager, Director in Kaishan Compressor Company. Dr. Tang is an expert in thermodynamic systems engineering, and has led Kaishan’s commercial development and market expansion of its line of heat-to-power conversion systems. Previously, Dr. Tang was Chief Engineer of Quincy Compressor, Chief Engineer of Carrier Taiwan, and Chief Engineer at IMW Industries. Yan Tang received Bachelor and Master degrees in engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.

Brady Olson
Chief Operating Officer
Brady Olson is the COO of Open Mountain Energy. Mr. Olson has over 14 years of experience developing, financing, and operating projects in the geothermal, energy recovery, and PV solar industries. Prior to joining Open Mountain, Mr. Olson was a member of the structured finance and M&A team at sPower. Before sPower, Mr. Olson was a Senior Vice President at Alpental Energy, a private equity-backed developer of energy recovery projects. He was previously Director of Corporate Development for Raser Technologies (predecessor to Cyrq Energy). Over his career, Mr. Olson has helped secure over one billion dollars of project equity, debt, and tax equity financings to bring to fruition approximately 200 MW of installed and operating alternative energy projects. Mr. Olson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Westminster College and earned an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Mr. Olson speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Lai Dong
Chief Financial Officer
Lai Dong is the CFO of Open Mountain Energy. Prior to Joining OME, Ms. Dong spent 14 years with CITIC Securities Co.,Ltd as Executive Director of Investment Banking and Head of Equity Capital Markets. She also spent four years as Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Kaishan Investment Co.,Ltd. Ms. Dong has a vast amount of experience in corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, financial control, etc. in China. Ms. Dong holds both bachelor and master degrees in economics from Zhejiang University.
